Winter Haiku (Snow)

Stone shoulders wear white
Sifted from a heav’nly hand
Plated perfection

Swirls of butterflies
Kiss rosy, upturned faces
In flaky flurries

Soft and subtle death
Plummets down in powder waves
Life, preserved; still
