Wise words. In a similar vein, I try to make plans when I’m in a good mood and wide awake, and then I try to trust those plans when I’m grumpy or sleepy and want to quit!

That is a great place to further extrapolate the advice. I need to keep your habit in mind for myself!

Reverend Schuller is a great minister and he has some great books out there. My favorite is,
“Tough Times Never Last, Tough People Do”.

I haven’t read it, although I used that title as another quote of his. 😀

His daughter has a great story to tell about her battle that cost her the use of a leg. I think he wrote about it in one of his books

Solid advice! It reminds me that we’re advised not to make any rash decisions while we’re grieving. When I’m grumpy, I try to take a walk or do something active. It’s hard to stay grumpy if I get out in the sunshine.

I’m not so great at this, but getting better. I *am* usually good at getting Kevin outside when he’s grumpy!

No offense to your name, but I first read it as ‘spring roll.’ Maybe I’m hungry. 🙂
