The smell of autumn is definitely in the air! Time to bring out the pumpkin spice…

But NOT as a cereal. Give me a good pumpkin chocolate chip cookie, instead; please!

Only if the cereal is soaked in a cold brewed pumpkin spice latte!

This way you can get all your needed calories in one meal, and not have to worry about eating the rest of the day.

Someone brought some pumpkin spice beer to work once. It sat in the refrigerator for a long time. Nobody wanted to touch it. I don’t know what eventually became of it.

It was later …reborn! as pumpkin spice essential oil. They made millions.

Is that a real thing? I thought spice was added to pumpkin to make it palatable.

It’s become a flavor craze. Yes, those spices exist for just that purpose, but I guess people don’t know…

I have no idea what abominations in the name of pumpkin are grown for mass consumption in the US but there are dozens of varieties with plenty of taste that don’t need spices to make them delicious. Butternut, Jap/Kent, Queensland Blue, Jarrahdale, and Golden Nugget are good places to start.

And side not – I don’t think any kind of cereal is a good that hijabs benefit from – and feel
Like it is a poor fuel and eventually this kind of grain,
Flavors, corn syrups and sugar, and flour consumption catches up with people and pulls from immune function
Sigh
